ADT-1 Filing
ADT-1 Filing is the mandatory filing of the appointment of an auditor with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). As per the Companies Act, 2013, every company must appoint an auditor within 30 days from incorporation or at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and file Form ADT-1 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
